Your chapters will be able to provide an extensive, community building, and private
Member Directory, build and administer Surveys, post Meetings that automatically update
the Calendar, host a Message Board/Discussion, receive on-line RSVP registrations
(with payments) AND Event Reservations, send Group/Broadcast Emails, post Jobs or
For Sale Items, include a Catalog of Store Items, and SO MUCH MORE.
Administration.
What you will never believe (until you see it) is how EASY this system is to maintain.
NO WEBMASTERS NEEDED. When the leaders of the group log in, the system gives them
special options that help them keep the site current. For example, the Calendar
has an ADD EVENT link; just fill out a form, click update and the site is already
changed. You can even Copy and Paste from email or documents.
Security.
No intranet is complete without strict security protections that can regulate
who has access to your group's information. Clients can also choose to open up portions of
